WHO ARE WE?

HANNES INT’L was formed in March 2001 in Jakarta, Indonesia. Our role is to facilitate the trade flow of our customers, and add value to their business using our own financial strength and offering tailor made solutions to their need. Our funder is an international holding company based in London, United Kingdom, which is a general trading and trade finance company, providing financial solutions to corporate customers world-wide, especially in emerging and transition market (countries) , by using structured trade finance transactions. It is also a member of the IFA (International Forfaiters Association) based in Zurich, Switzerland.


WHAT DO WE DO ?

HANNES INT’L is a general trading company operating mainly in emerging and transition market (countries) , by providing financial solutions in support of import, export and domestic trade finance. HANNES INT’L, by buying any goods from the regular manufacturers or suppliers of their clients on a sight basis and then selling the goods on to their client with deferred payment terms of up to three years, can generate important cash flow solutions. HANNES INT’L provides facilities for all your procurement and/or imports or domestic transaction and become your supplier-partner and complements your existing bank facilities and arrangements. HANNES INT’L is only a trade finance company and as a result do not handle goods trade operations

We do not provide or facilitate:
1. Equity financing
2. Project financing
3. Investment financing

OUR SERVICES

1. Customers from emerging, difficult and transition markets (countries) who have difficulties in getting L/C's confirmed and who require deferred terms can be serviced. HANNES INT’L shall accept such L/C's from customers and provide you with a L/C payable at sight, issued / confirmed by a Prime International Bank of your choice.

2. Manage to receive L/C (CNF / CIF terms) and in return re-issuance fresh L/C's for FOB payment to exporter and other for freight payment to shipping company


3. Manage multiple buyers to get one price quotation for buying goods / products through one payment instruments toward single seller or other way around.

4. Permitting to arrange post- shipment financing toward regular L/C's bearing a clause for cash advance payment. Importer requires additional funds, more than the cost of goods being imported.  L/C amount will be more than the cost of goods imported and not require any additional security

IMPORT & EXPORT FINANCE SOLUTIONS

We recognise that there is always a conflict between an exporter and an importer, even for domestic transaction, in regards of payments terms. An exporter (supplier) wants a guaranteed payment when he exports and he wants to get paid as soon as possible. The importer (consumer) wants to pay as late as possible after receipt of the goods and sales in order to finance his trade cycle. (Shipment, Manufacturing / sales, Payments by his customer, etc) . That would reduce his working capital needs. Typically you will find negotiation where importers (consumers) are looking for payments terms at 90 days and exporters (suppliers) offering sight or 30 days credit only. This is a typical market for HANNES INT’L. Having the ability to grant extended credit terms to clients, providing improved cash flow, HANNES INT’L is a partner available to service global trade flows. HANNES INT’L, in this kind of situation, would step in between the importer (consumers) and exporter (suppliers) in order to satisfy both needs. Acting as the new buyer of the exporter (supplier) , HANNES INT’L have the ability to match his business requirements, such as buying the goods at sight and guaranty the payment by the way for example of an irrevocable and confirmed LC issued by a prime bank in London. In the same way, acting as the new supplier of the importer (consumer) , HANNES INT’L could help him to reduce his working capital needs by reselling him the goods with a credit term up to 36 months that would match its trade cycle. HANNES INT’L has the strength to offer each client a tailor-made solution by structuring specific transaction individually. We know that each client has different needs.
